Ellen Pierce Graves
When I first came to Colorado from Maine for a ski season in Vail, at first I was uncertain about living away from the ocean. However, as I drove into Boulder from Denver and gazed upon the valley before me, I felt a sense of belonging that brought tears to my eyes. The deepening Colorado blue sky and the magnificent purple Rocky Mountains instilled a feeling of relief and a profound realization in my heart.
I am passionately in love with Boulder and the entire state of Colorado. My deep appreciation for home and my quest for excellence in the customer experience, led me to become a real estate professional. My clients frequently commend me for my ability to act quickly and efficiently, with enthusiasm and a keen attention to detail.
When I help people buy or sell a home, it's not just about doing a job and finishing it. It's about building a long-lasting relationship and making sure you and your family are happy with your new place. A home is more than just a building with walls. It's where you cam become your best self. It can allow you to flourish and expand if it's the right fit for you. Home also includes community and the city. I want to make sure you feel comfortable and happy in your new home in this beautiful state.
As a trained therapist, I employ my ninja communication and negotiation skills to your advantage, communicating directly, kindly, and effectively to achieve the results you seek. My goal is to provide you with a luxury experience, regardless of your budget or purchase/sale price point.
Since 2009, I have been self-employed and dedicated to leveraging technology to secure optimal outcomes for my clients. As a member of the 8z team, I am supported by a dynamic team with over 50 years of combined real estate experience, who employ cutting-edge home search technology.
I spent my early years in Maine, attended Suffield Academy in Connecticut, studied at USC, lived in New York, and briefly lived in Sitka Alaska before settling in Colorado. My husband, Jason Graves, is a muralist and the proprietor of Apollo Ink, a garment printing shop since 2005. Our Bengal cat, Benni, keeps us constantly on our toes.
I am an avid art lover, so I became a member of the Lafayette Public Arts Committee, which brings public art to our community. I am a lover of nature, a singer-songwriter, and always eager to try new fitness classes. I look forward to guiding you through this journey and helping you find not just a house, but a home.
